Detailed Review

Peloton Digital offers a diverse fitness ecosystem beyond yoga alone. While Glo focuses on yoga and pilates, Peloton includes cardio, strength training, and dance. For a yoga-focused practitioner, this variety might be unnecessary, but for those seeking cross-training, it's a major advantage.

The video quality and instructor charisma are outstanding. Peloton instructors are engaging and motivating, making 45-minute strength classes feel shorter. The production values rival Netflix with high-quality music curation and dynamic camera work.

At NZ$14.99/month, Peloton is the priciest option we tested. The yoga library is smaller than dedicated yoga apps, but quality is excellent. We appreciated the variety of class lengths (10–60 minutes) and intensity levels.

Peloton Digital excels for those who want motivation, production quality, and variety. If yoga is your primary focus, dedicated apps like Down Dog or Glo may be better value. But if you want to supplement yoga with cardio and strength work, Peloton is an excellent choice.
